As a freelance stylist I'm not affiliated with any one brand. My kit is a collection of cult beauty favourites and is constantly being updated with new finds.
However, if there a product of your own you would like me to incorporate please ask
Make up brands I'm currently using include Armani, Charlotte Tilbury, By Terry, Hourglass, Urban Decay and Illamasque. My favoured hair products are 72 Hair, Kenra and Maria Nila.
I am aiming for all hair and make up products in my kit to be 100% cruelty free and vegan and don't buy any new products from companies who test on animals, but am able to offer a service using a different choice of products if that’s the preference of the client.
The consultation is really thorough but you have any concerns about sensitive skin and allergies please let me know. It’s also possible to patch test some of the products prior to the trial via samples in the post and of course it’s always possible to incorporate the clients own make up if that’s the the best approach.
Brides always ask me about how long their make up will last. The best test will be to wear trial make up for as long as possible afterwards and see how it works with your skin type. Products are evolving all the time and primers and setting sprays incorporated into the make up routine will ensure longevity.
Lips often will need a touch up and I do supply a small pot of lip colour to do that.
Lashes are a great addition to any make up. I use the Ardell bud free clusters applied with a temporary lash adhesive. I love these lashes as subtle and dramatic looks can be achieved beautifully and include them with all brides and guests make up packages at no extra charge!
